Zero stars. Walked in today to get the battery replaced in my Tag Heuer. They informed me it needed to be sent out to their watchmaker to keep it water resistant and it would take several days. I asked if they knew of anyone else in the area that could help me, and a young saleswoman smugly and arrogantly said it must be done by an approved Tag Heuer dealer and they are the only one in the area.
