And asked about having mine resized smaller. They said they could do the work even though we purchased our rings somewhere else. Made payments on them until paid off. Stone in ring was not the same stone as taken in. Mine was dark blue, given back was light purple pink. No cooperation from store. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
