Staff is extremely warm, friendly and approachable. I came in to have a link added to my Citizen Eco Drive watch and Vonnie( I sincerely apologize if I spelled your name wrong) took care of me right away and didn't charge me for the service which I truly appreciated. The store is also very well organized and maintained. Will definitely stop back to browse their inventory.
