a very good experience. have used you twice and both times was surprised by the dollar amount I received. if my husband were still living he would have understood how to calculate 18 k 12 k and 10 k. I was just trusting that you would not cheat. your staff was professional. it helps that you are based in St Louis, as I am from that area.
