I realize National Rarities needs to make money in the items they purchase. In my case, it was sterling silver. I had to ask the associate what they paid against today's Kitco price. He shared the %, but I feel he should have been upfront with that information. Plus, I would have liked to have seen the weight of each item as it was placed on the scale to increase my confidence in the transaction.
It was very busy but well organized! Staff was pleasant, professional as well as I formative! Well done!
