this was the second time I had went to one of your events. Not happy with the person I dealt with. Was not personable at all. I really didn't believe the I fo he gave me was different from what the last per told me. I went ahead and sold my rings because I wanted store credit to give my grandson. Will probably not do that again.

My experience was good until the next day when I went to deposit your check. Then it turned into a nightmare. The bank informed me your check was a bad check, and that they were placing a hold on it until June 30. So you have my silver. & gold , I have my recipt and a paper from the bank that states yourcheck may be worthless. No I am not happy Carole Cool

We brought rings that had diamonds and etc. On them. We were paid only for the weight of the silver and there was no mention of the diamonds, etc. I think we should have been advised of this situation. The gentleman next to us told his customers they would be better off selling the watches they brought in on ebay. I wish he had taken care of us instead of Stephanie P at Reeds Jewelers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value of my pieces. But the agent assisting me was rude and dismissive and abrupt. When attempting to ask questions, her abrupt answers were not helpful nor even informative. When attempting to ask again, she became even more dismissive. I brought in some costume jewelry, a few cufflinks and some various rings, i was able to sell some Sterling silver cufflinks and chains and received $40 for them. PLEASE RENT SOME FOLDING CHAIRS FOR YOUR CLIENTS TO USE WHILE WAITING THEIR TURN! Many of your guests/clients are senior citizens, some with obvious health concerns. There is one chair inside the tiny Gerzen's Jewelry location on South National Ave in Springfield Missouri. Other than that, there is absolutely NO seating provided for guests to wait in.
