My friend and myself had a ton of jewelry, etc. Brinnen was patient, knowledgeable and honest with his assessment of it. He's a great asset to your company.

Our experience was great. The staff was professional, helpful & friendly. We would have liked to see what the scale was reading on our gold/silver weights, I think that would be helpful & more reassuring for the customer. To be fair, we did not ask to see scale, so I don't know if it's offered or not. Overall, very good experience.
