In April 2019, I came to Hale's Jewelers in search of a difficult to find watch. I met Hale's expert associate, Matthew Campbell, and he helped me acquire my special watch. While I love my new watch, it was the expert guidance and true customer service of Matthew and the entire Hale's team that really made my experience WONDERFUL.
