RecommendedHale’s is such an amazing place! My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago with the help of Russ. He was so educated and really made the experience fun and stress-free. Then, he helped my fiancé design my ring and helped guide him through that process as well, which took multiple meetings to discuss the status of the ring. Visited the store last Thursday as my watch battery had died. Received fantastic service. While I was there I asked the lady to please check my 3 rings as I noticed I was picking up loose threads and lint in one set of prongs. Glad I had this check done because one ring had problems. The prongs were weak at both the top and bottom and I was told if I got it caught on something I could lose the diamond.
