Very professional, nice guys who didn't mince words but described things with proper detail. Highly recommend Nathan Fox, he is great at doing his duty. Zach and the other associate there were very helpful as well.

Total Experience was more than I was expecting. It wasn't a cumbersome or tedious drawn out waste of time. Individual who assisted me exemplifies the Professionalism your company represents. You guys look great some of the prices on some of the stuff was good. And some of them, I didn't agree, but you can't, please everyone.

I was greeted and checked in very courteously and efficiently by Ava. She explained the process precisely. Once it was my turn, Seth was most helpful in explaining the differences in my jewelry pieces and giving me the price that was fair. He was polite and engaging throughout the time. I definitely recommend this experience to those seeking to part with excess family heirlooms or unwanted pieces.
