The man who helped me was very professional and helpful and made the whole experience effortless by writing out the weight and carat amount and the price that would be paid. Bing bang boom!! He had a nice personality...I noticed one person there didn't. I was glad I didn't draw draw that person. But I left happy. Thank you.
