I wasn't impressed with the man who waited on me. I knew more about the pieces I brought in then he did. He didn't seem very friendly either. I have in the past had a good experience, that's why I returned. Not sure if I'll be back.

The Rarities employees were great. My only criticism is personal in that the Caleena co owner has 3 little dogs running around the store. I am allergic to animal dander and had a very hard time breathing in the store.
