The individual appraiser was 5 star customer oriented. It's the fact that most collectables/rarities are nothing of your interest, unless it was "gold" or "silver" content in jewelry that was valued. It's not worth a 3hour wait while people bring bags full of items & I have only a few. Need an express line. Wouldn't do it again.

The appraiser was friendly and answered all our questions. He reached out to his superior when he was unsure of values or quality. We feel we received a fair price for our items, and the whole process was quick and easy. Cannot recall the gentleman's name who assisted us in Monticello, ky.
