The young lady who I had was very kind and explained things so that I understood pricing etc. Good first time experience.
Stephen King was very nice and professional. He didn't mind answering any questions and kept me informed about the items I brought with me as he went.

Didn't know about standing in line at the door. Once we got in we were treated royally and with great patience and knowledge. I don't remember the names of the greeter or the person at the table. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
