For all but a few pieces I thought the prices were fair. Eventhough for a couple pieces I thought the offer was a little low based on a previous jeweler appraisal the experience was good. I certainly had sentimental attachment to a few pieces. Overall a positive experience.

The representative was fantastic. My only disappointment was the per ounce price of silver which I thought was a couple of dollars higher this week. Otherwise, many thanks to Evan M; he's a keeper.

The people that were there were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I didn't have to wait long at all they gave me a fair price all in all I thought they did a great job.
