I was happy with the experience yesterday. It went faster than I expected, and the venue was not too far away from my home. Brandi who worked with me was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I think the amount I received was fair. Obviously, I wanted to receive as much as possible. It's interesting to me that pre-owned gold and silver jewelry (despite the value of gold and silver having increased greatly over the last 20 years) is treated the same as a used car! I felt as though the woman who assisted me with my jewelry, coins, etc., really underpriced my items. In the future, I will sell my gold and diamond jewelry privately, and have my items appraised beforehand. Somewhat disappointed 😞

I was greeted at the door. Signed in and quickly directed to a buyer. Buyer explained the process and set forth examining jewelry I had brought in. Evaluated items and told me which ones they could purchase and the amount they were worth. I agreed to sell and was quickly written out a check.
