I have never been to an event such as this... however, at the time I arrived to the time that I left the hostess at the front door (I apologize I did not get her name) and Sherry the young lady that assisted me in reviewing the belongings that I had... I walked in, was greeted, information was taken on me, sent to wait in a comfortable waiting area and in about 15 minutes my name was called. I proceeded to speak with your representative and he was very professional, polite and informative. After the business was complete, he shook my hand and thanked me for my business. The greeter acknowledged me and thanked me for coming in. I was on my way home.

Didn't know about standing in line at the door. Once we got in we were treated royally and with great patience and knowledge. I don't remember the names of the greeter or the person at the table. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
