It was my 1st time to do this so wasn't sure how it worked but Lauren was very patient & explained everything thoroughly. She is a very nice lady..didn't get her last name so not sure if it was McIntosh or Langston

I received notification if the event from Kiefer Jewelers . No where in this notification (actually there were two) did it offer the opportunity to make an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady who asked a barrage if questions including my shopping history with Kiefer's. This information can be accessed through their own data base.
