Ian was great. Very sweet and patient while looking at all the pieces of old jewelry I brought in. The Buying Manager? Sorry don't know name, was also cool. He suggested I take 2 of the old diamond rings to the other jewelry store I have bought and sold with. They did buy them. 😃 Now I have more room in jewelry box for new stuff.
I was extremely pleased with my interaction with National Rarities representative, Blake Hahn. I found him very knowledgeable about the glass plate negatives, dating from 1901-1911, which I brought in. We discussed their history, how they were made, and their historical value. I left feeling that my glass plate negatives went to a person who appreciated what he was holding in his hands.
I thought the guy that helped me was Glenn. There were two guys that were both very pleasant. One was an ex-marine. It was the other guy that helped me..
I was pleased with how you treated us and the coins we were selling. I can't remember the name of both of the men.
