Although there were many customers waiting to be served, the agents were very efficient. I waited about 35 minutes but I was able to leave and return without losing my place in line. Evaluating what I brought to sell was quick and transparent. I was offered a fair price and received my check on the spot.

Professional , to the point, explained procedure very well, kind and courteous and told me I could agree or disagree with the amount given to me for my jewelry. Was pleased and grateful all in all. Very organized but the only negative was there was not a lot of room to wait after you registered. I guess it depends on the location.A great experience I would definitely take part in again.
