It was a very pleasant transaction, everyone was friendly and courteous right from the time I got out of the car! A gentleman came out to carry my bag in, and the young lady who took my information was charming and professional. The appraiser was very nice and respectful of me and my jewelry, and explained how she came to the values. I'm happy with the amount I received, and thrilled that the pieces will be sold to people who will enjoy them and not just melted down. I would gladly recommend National Rarities to anyone!

Very well organized, pleasantly greeted by Carol and added to the "cue" upon our arrival. When called to the counter Grant explained the process of assessing the pieces I brought. Very professional, felt totally at ease and that we received a very fair return for our items.

The process was well organized, staff were friendly. It would have been nice to get more information on the SA dagger I brought in - how common or rare it was & how it's condition was rated.
