The person that assist me was rude, short and didn't even look at my beautiful bracelet in the professional way I was expecting. He just assumed a price, adding that he can make a bracelet like that for 1500.dollars. How if he didn't look at the stones? Also for my David Yurman ring, he pulled out some examples price from Ebay. I found it very offensive. He didn't consider coins, foreign an not, collectible, So why list in your brochure that you buy I lot of stuff? I am very dissatisfied.

When I left I felt like I had been totally taken advantage of. I almost came back in and asked for my jewelry back, especially the emerald necklace. For the life of me I don't know why I didn't. It feels very unethical

Would never sell anything to you guys if I didn't need the money. Evidently i'm not the only one I saw a lot of people walking out and not selling their Valuablles

I felt like the man I had was not very knowledgeable and was not fair on the pricing. He kept looking at the same pieces if jewelry over and over. He tried to tell me one of my white gold chains was Sterling . I told him it was 14 K . He went and got another machine to ck . I was right. I will never go back to this event again

I sent a comment message on Facebook asking a question on my bracelets. I was told that they would be accepted. When I went in person, the man that assisted me wasn't even interested in them. They were expensive bracelets, too. I can't remember the name of the man who assisted me.

Wonderful experience selling old, some broken jewelry

The person I was assigned was obviously not knowledgeable of several pie ces and in fact, was insulting. Her goal was obviously to win the trophy for low balling. I will never participate in one of your events again or do business with this jeweler who "hosted" this event. Pls remove my name from any mailing lists for any events in the future.

I was told by a employee while having a band put on my son watches.

Expected to look at more based on the card. I had several thousand dollars in Daniel Moore prints, a wide variety sheeted stamps, framed coins and a few other things. Understand stuff has to be shipped.
