I looked them up 1st, BBB.gov & they have an A+ rating with 0 Complaints. It's hard when you think you might have a few things worth a lot of money, but they're not. Sentimental value, right. They were very tactful & gentle. The rest of the items I had they gave me a fair price, explaining everything, with no pressure! Very nice & professional.
