I was pleasantly surprised by the value of my pieces. But the agent assisting me was rude and dismissive and abrupt. When attempting to ask questions, her abrupt answers were not helpful nor even informative. When attempting to ask again, she became even more dismissive. I attempted to seek answers from other agents, but all were busy. When I asked the agent if she felt ok she said she was tired and hungry.
