PLEASE RENT SOME FOLDING CHAIRS FOR YOUR CLIENTS TO USE WHILE WAITING THEIR TURN! Many of your guests/clients are senior citizens, some with obvious health concerns. There is one chair inside the tiny Gerzen's Jewelry location on South National Ave in Springfield Missouri. Other than that, there is absolutely NO seating provided for guests to wait in. Friendly service, but waiting time was 30min. There wasn't enough seats and I was given one but my drivers weren't..one was handicapped and had to stand the entire time.I .I am 85 and handicapped and needed to be driven and I believe my handicapped friend over 70 years old should have been given a seat.al

Had to wait over an hour, understandable, but they should have more chairs . Felt ripped off on the silver. I always do no matter where I take stuff. Idk how much they were paying. Thought the reg. Market price. Also didn't know until after that offer higher if used for store credit. The greeters were nice and helpful, but store clerks not very friendly and welcoming.
