Bought entire kitchen appliances for two homes. Their delivery men damaged the floor and I submitted the repair estimate to them months ago. It was only $125. To date, we have not received it. It’s like pulling teeth. 3 months have passed. Salesman doesn’t want to know you after the purchase

The salespeople at Rosner's were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in making the sale that was right for us (even if it wasn't the most expensive item). Would definitely go back for other appliance needs.
My experience at Rosner's was excellent. The salesman, Michael Rabin spent as much time as necessary with me, to make sure I was happy with my purchases and getting the best deal. I purchased 4 new appliances, refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher, for my remodeled condominium kitchen. Rosner's made sure my appliances were delivered in time for me to receive 2 manufacturer's rebates for significant amounts of money! Service was excellent, price very competetive, overall a good experience
We bought 3appliances st Rosner's dishwasher, stove and a microwave ! Dealt with .Robert! So professional and no pressure! Delivery was a pleasure. They pulled out my stove and even swept behind it. A real delight!
Very pleased! My Maytag literally burnt, house full of smoke and I was exhausted from cleaning. Walked in and Salesman Chuck was great! Professional, expedited delivery without me asking. Never shopped price and much to my delight realized after the fact that the price was about $200 less than I could locate same model for elsewhere. Shocked, surprised and sold on Rosner's for the other 4 appliances we are replacing in the near future! Thank you Rosner's & Chuck!
Just bought a set of GE Café series appliances from Rosners. Their staff are skilled, professional and follow through on their promises.
The reason I don't give them 5 stars, we have purchased appliances (GE) that have turned out to be lemons after the factory warranty. The service and shopping experience has always been excellent, and while you can find slightly cheaper prices elsewhere, their prices are always among the lowest.
