We have made multiple appliance purchases with Rosner's. We have never been disappointed and find the salespeople understanding of our needs and presenting options that are most helpful in deciding which appliance is our best choice.
First time at Rosners. I will literally in and out in 15 minutes when I bought my stove. Salesman, chuck was fantastic and delivery was a breeze. I will go there for every appliance I ever need.
I needed a refrigerator in a hurry - mine was on life support - and I visited the store on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered at 9:30 a.m. on Friday! Can't beat that for service. I've bought all my appliances at Rosner's and they are terrific.

It's so nice and refreshing to "shop small" at a store where customer service is #1 and the knowledge of each appliance is top notch. We checked out prices on line at their big-box competitors, so we were informed shoppers, and we paid the same amount at Rosner's. They knew what their competitors offered, so it was an easy experience. There was absolutely no pressure and it's a beautiful showroom to shop in. The delivery men were on time and very pleasant. We will return, for sure!
