Excellent service, incredible values, prompt delivery.
Smooth purchase all the way. Wanted a Speed Queen washer. Not many local stores carry them. Salesman was pleasant & knowledgeable. Delivery appointment went smoothly without a hitch. Loved the delivery guys who are Rosner's employees. They know their stuff & had a well stocked truck to remedy a unique plumbing need. Couldn't be happier with the product & service received.
When we needed a new dishwasher I compared brands and prices on-line and visited several other locations before going to Rosner's. Without a doubt, they were the best in price and service. The dishwasher was delivered on the date promised by two very professional installers. Rosner's will be my "go-to" appliance store from now on.
The service by the salesperson was great. Had some issues where the person finishing the sale forgot the extended warrantee and had to contact them to add. Overall a good experience from a value and experience standpoint.
The service is excellent! Robin was very knowledgeable about the products and made my purchase easy.
