I was without an air conditioner for a week. Temperatures in the 90's and landlord dragging his feet. Finally, even though I did not have the funds to buy an air conditioner, I used my credit card. Rosner's was recommended to me. I called told him my story, took him 5 minutes to see if they had what I needed in stock. Told me yes and sent two great people to install it the next morning. Wow. The best customer service I have ever had. Thank you so much!!
