Greeted warmly by Ava. She took me to Anna right away no line which was great.Both ladies friendly. Anna started looking at my items. One ring was very difficult because my sister was killed wearing it by a drunk on Aug. 30, 2024. I have unable to look at it. She was very sympathetic and walked me through gently. Anna is a great employee for Natioal Registry. Thank you and give her a bonus fir my. The items she could take will pay for my insulation. God Bless
