I was immediately greeted and felt immediately at ease; had never sold any personal items before. Was offered a seat, told that there were 2 persons ahead of me, and offered and brought a cup of water. After a short wait, I was seated with a young woman who was friendly and professional: explained the procedure she was going to follow while evaluating my items. A very nice, pleasant lady greeted me as I walked into the store (forgot her name). She looked at my items and took them to an appraiser. 2 of the items were sellable. Adeen, from St. Louis, conducted the sale with great personable charm. I left very pleased with my first experience!
