What a great experience! I had been wanting to sell some unwanted jewelry for quite some time, and I didnt know what to expect. Dustin made me feel at ease immediately. I felt he was very straightforward and honest with me. I believe the amount paid was very fair. He made the process so incredibly simple. I was amazed! Dustin is a true professional. In addition, if I took my payment as a store credit, an additional 20% was added by Ellsworth Jewelers. What a great deal!

This is my second experience with your company. Pleasant. My only concern was the gentleman who waited on me...he was extremely jittery and spoke quickly. Didn't quite seem to have it together. Perhaps he'd chewed on a power cord instead of having his morning coffee?

The girl that I worked with was a delight, very friendly , we had a wonderful conversation, I am sorry to say I forgot her name, I believe it started with a L, I just thought that I would do better with all the Southwestern jewelry I brought But over all it was a good experience
