I realize National Rarities needs to make money in the items they purchase. In my case, it was sterling silver. I had to ask the associate what they paid against today's Kitco price. He shared the %, but I feel he should have been upfront with that information. Plus, I would have liked to have seen the weight of each item as it was placed on the scale to increase my confidence in the transaction.

I was ok with value I was given for my gold. But I turned in a diamond watch that I now regret. I wish I could get that item back.
