I filled this out and wasn't finished before it disappeared so here comes a condensed version. Everything was handled very professionally. You were not pressured and you could refuse or accept any offers that were were given to you. Dave was very pleasant and professional and I love the weight he put down for me on the receipt. It was a fib but I'll take it.
All items were examined and the process was explained when totalling the value for the total payment amount.
