You should limit the amount of pieces a customer can bring in OR Have a couple of espress lines with a limit of 10 to 15 pieces maximum. Very pleasant to deal with. Explained everything when they were doing it. Henry was so pleasant and gave me choices. I came back the next day to pick up a chain that was fixed there and the front girl said that she recognized me from the day before...later I told her thank you for recognizing me.. She said it was my purse...we had a good laugh.

It did take a really long time (4 hours total). Even considering that, everyone was very nice and professional. I appreciated having a place I felt was trustworthy to sell my things. Thank you!
