Service was pleasant Your representative contacted someone regarding my swords. I was concerned that serial numbers were not considered, just the condition from a picture sent by the representative. I did accept the offer. It was my late husband's collection.

I was pleased that my jewelry was purchased and happy with the amount I received. I didn't realize I would get 70% of what it was worth but that was okay. It was a little impersonal and with the amount of people that were there at the time it was a little chaotic.
