Pleasant people and secure venue
I had do many pieces of inherited jewelry items ...all of unknown value.they were patient and very understanding. Some items had more sentimental value than monetary, so I kept them, but others I could live without. Some of value, some just "stuff". It was a great experience and I have already told several friends to come visit..thank you (and I have a bit of extra cash while eliminating parts of my jewelry box!!
Over all okay, thought I was rushed a bit and he just was intrested in diamonds only
Very impressed with the young lady. My husband and I thought she really knows her business. It was a very satisfactory experience.
Very easy to get done. I was apprehensive, and put it off but am very glad I went. The young lady I delt with was very personable! Sorry I do not remember her name. I have numerous loose stones, maybe I'll bring some next time they are here. Thank you!

Had to wait about an hour but was served with kindness and respect. I liked that employees were not pushy and took their time to answer questions and explain the process and reasoning for the offered price. Will consider using them again.
