Buyers Beware*****Fraudulent business******I made an eBay purchase from National Rareities for 97 proof coin sets for a decent price. However, I only received 24 proof sets and 60 uncirculated sets. Most sets were in bad shape too. Alot of misrepresentation going on with listing too. I was willing to overlook the coins not being in good shape or being proofs. All I was asking for was a partial refund for the missing sets. I was being reasonable and fair basing the price for the partial refund based off the average price... read more

The ad said coins, diamonds, sterling silver, and so much more. The stuff I brought in, has a lot of diamonds in them, I had coins, (they weren't even looked at), which they took nothing into consideration. I took the $44, because I didn't want to cause a issue at Don's Jewelry. I seriously thought it was gonna be better at a place like Don's Jewelry in Clinton Iowa. The person that assist me was rude, short and didn't even look at my beautiful bracelet in the professional way I was expecting. He just assumed a price, adding that he can make a bracelet like that for 1500.dollars. How if he didn't look at the stones? Also for my David Yurman ring, he pulled out some examples price from Ebay. I found it very offensive. He didn't consider coins,foreign an not, collectible, So why list in your brochure that you buy I lot of stuff? I am very dissatisfied.

When I left I felt like I had been totally taken advantage of. I almost came back in and asked for my jewelry back, especially the emerald necklace. For the life of me I don't know why I didn't. It feels very unethical
