Well the ladies were wonderful but the technology has been an issue all day. I was here twice & had to wait because the printer wasnt working.

Enjoyed meeting your 4 person team. Suggest informing individuals that emphasis is on gold and silver. Gemstones in the jewelry are not taken into price estimates, just weight.

It was my first time looking to sell items, Anna was very nice, professional about saying what items she wasn't interested in. She was understanding when I decided not to sell some things. She told me they will be back in June, if I decide I want to sell them. Nice to know about the option.

Everything went very smoothly. Some prices were quoted a little low. But when ask a reasonable negotiation it was made. Would do it again. Everyone was very nice.
