Had to wait over an hour, understandable, but they should have more chairs . Felt ripped off on the silver. I always do no matter where I take stuff. Idk how much they were paying. Thought the reg. Market price. Also didn't know until after that offer higher if used for store credit. The greeters were nice and helpful, but store clerks not very friendly and welcoming.

Emma was very nice. While I was waiting in line for my turn I overheard one of your workers saying how high gold prices were and now after the fact as I got to thinking, I don't feel that I received a correct amount for my jewelry which was 10 carat and 24 carat plus diamond, one being my wedding set. I guess just thinking back I should have waited.

I don't believe I got enough money for the items I brought. I probably will not return. All the people are very friendly, the bottom line is how much money I come away with. You have a nice looking group who are all quite charming. The weight of the items and the saleableness of the items was not congruent with the money offered. I can get more from my local jeweler without having to wait and be rather public about the transaction. I think there needs to be mire transparency.

Did not have enough sitting down space. Was waited on at the counter and had to ask for a chair.

You need to explain in detail on advertising flyer what condition you expect things to be in. I brought so many things that you advertised you would buy, but you did not. You also pay out scrap prices on silver and gold.

I drove to the store on the buying days twice, an hour and 20 mins each way. The first visit the line was so backed up, I could barely get in the door and was told a wait of about an hour or so. I couldn't wait that long so the guy told me if I wanted to come back at 10 a.m. which was the last day, to come earlier because they had 10 people already waiting in line that morning before starting. I should have checked on one piece of 14k gold necklace before hand, before I brought it in. I should have weighed myself to see the true value in today's market. I felt ripped off. Didn't want to hang around.
