Very comfortable atmosphere and gentle words from your staff. I wasn't especially attached to the items, but others have deep memories. I do not remember the person who assisted me, but wr could have chatted forever!

Our experience was great. The staff was professional, helpful & friendly. We would have liked to see what the scale was reading on our gold/silver weights, I think that would be helpful & more reassuring for the customer. To be fair, we did not ask to see scale, so I don't know if it's offered or not. Overall, very good experience.
