It was a wonderful learning experience and I appreciated the honesty of the gentleman that helped me with my jewelry. I wasn't quite sure of what to expect but I thought I'd give it a try when I received the postcard! I think there are quite a few gems just waiting to be found in Kearney Nebraska! You would be welcome to come back! I noticed quite a few elderly people there to sell their treasures and I have to imagine that that helps them with their financial needs. Thank you so much!
I brought in a lot of jewelry that I didn't know if it was costume or real. Jacob and Emma were so friendly and easy to work with. I throughly enjoyed my experience and learned some things about diamonds from Jacob. Great people.
It was a wonderful experience. The man who waited on was Brian. He was very nice and very helpful and I was very pleased with everything.
I was a bit apprehensive about this but everything went very smoothly. It was fairly quick and easy. Richard was very knowledgeable, informative, and fair on pricing. I would try it again if I have other qualified items.
Everyone was polite and courteous, and it made me feel at ease. Knowing that I must be apart from my jewelry was emotionally difficult, but friendly customer service helped me greatly. I'm still unpacking from moving, and I will see Jessica again. There's one thing that I really hope that I could have a little more time for Q&A instead of being rushed.
