While I had to wait a bit, I was pleased chairs were available. People positive, pleasant, worked hard to keep things moving. Still don't understand the purchasing logic, but I was happy with what I received. I actually loved the white board concept during the appraisal. That was something different than my prior experience. My appraiser mentioned they'll be back in October, and so will I!

Everything was explained in detail. I had a lot of old coins I had collected myself and inherited from my mother, grandmother and uncle. Was a nice surprise that some were worth quite a bit while others were only face value. Looks like the young grandsons will be getting some for their piggy banks.
