Very helpful and courteous. Kevin explained about items I brought in for appraisal and suggested a military museum would make better use of the books I had. Appeared to be quite knowledgeable.

I was surprised thought I had more silver but the agent said some was silver plated but I did have 1 bowl that I got money for. It was a good day. Would bring different items next time
