While I had to wait a bit, I was pleased chairs were available. People positive, pleasant, worked hard to keep things moving. Still don't understand the purchasing logic, but I was happy with what I received. I actually loved the white board concept during the appraisal. That was something different than my prior experience. My appraiser mentioned they'll be back in October, and so will I!
