It was a very easy process. And everyone was very professional and friendly.
I met with Kevin in Conway and could not have been happier with my appointment. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my options regarding my jewelry. I was able to make some decisions that were difficult because I had pieces that should have been passed down to my daughter. However, she was a nurse and passed away during Covid leaving me with two young, precious, wonderful grandSONS who will probably not have much interest in most of my jewelry. Very pleased by professionalism. I didn't ask, but wasn't told how much per ounce we were given, just total by weight. Was pleased with total amount though, considering these items were just sitting in drawers. We were in and out with a check within 30 minutes.
I can't remember her name but she was very good, very patient with us. She answered the few questions we had. She also explained what she was doing while she was checking the items we brought.
Very professionally evaluated my pieces, and gave me a great price! I still have more pieces to sell, but will have to wait til August!
