This was my first time and it was a wonderful, relaxed experience. Our rep explained the process step by step. We chatted along the way also. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of some of my items. He also gave me suggestions for items that they couldn't take. So very happy! I am so sorry that I don't remember the representative's name.

1st time for me..... I and my sister are Seniors....most of the customers there were also. You need to provide way more seating. Too hard to stand...it took an hour to be seen by an appraiser. Suggestion.... Have 1 appraiser only handle people with 5 items or less.... Very nice that snacks and water was provided!
