I waited my turn; the representative treated me fairly and I was prepared to either accept or decline an offer based on my advance research. Each offer was either right on or above what I thought was a fair price and the check I was presented is very nice. I will invest this check to save the principle for our heirs while enjoying any interest it generates. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
