I had a great experience at the Myerstown, PA event. Ian was wonderful. I really appreciate how easy he made the process. I was assisted by three very patient and kind young men. They were not pushy. They answered my questions. They were kind . I am a little on the elderly side (75) and this was a first time experience. Of course I thought my 'stuff' was worth a small fortune ! It was not - but, they told me why ! I am satisfied and and comfortable with everything.
