This was my first experience with estate buyers. Emily walked me through the process and made me comfortable from the very beginning. She was very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated her kindness.

Good experience. Didn't like the fact that I had to wait in line for quite awhile. Would have been nice to have been informed by Hodges jewelry store that you could make appts in advance to skip the line. Made me feel like I was a second class citizen and didn't belong. I know I was not the only person to feel this way because of comments by other sellers waiting in line. Perhaps they should consider this if there is a next time.
