I was amazed at the business today, I thought I would be laughed at. These things I sold today was not doing me any good. Pleased when I walked out
Overall pretty good
The young woman who served me was friendly yet professional. There was no condescension when finding that some of my things were of no monetary value.
I felt the overall experience for appraisal & payment were fair. The wait time was short, my appraiser explained values, etc. I left happy that I went!! Old jewelry sitting in my jewelry box, that I was never going to wear & the check I received made my day!
I am thankful that I came to Bradley Gough in Fort Wayne Indiana for your buying event. I really was in need of finding extra funds, and I had some very nice pieces of jewelry that I was willing to part with. Sharon was the greeter at the door, and I believe Natalie was who inspected my jewelry.
